Authentic Taqueria in Phoenix, Arizona where we focus solely on bringing you the finest quality tacos without traveling south to the border,

We are a family-owned and operated company with generations of experience. 

Our goal is to bring authentic Mexican flavors to the US.  

Originally from Mexicali, Baja California, Mr. Palomino and his family started a modest carreta (taco cart) in 2017 and operated it out of the backyard of their home. They chose to provide catering services for private parties due to the sudden rise in clients and demand for the food (Taquizas Mexicali). Since there was an excessive amount of demand, they decided to expand and bought a food truck, which they only used for two months before realizing that customers needed more.

Let's fast-forward to 2023, and with God's help, we are delighted to announce the first restaurant, "Taqueria Chicali Mexican Grill," will soon be officially opening and offering only the most authentic tacos from Mexicali.

 Best quality meats and the freshest ingredients will be used to make our salsa and guacamole daily from scratch.

Our food is not microwaved, pre-packaged, or frozen.
